Items may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours. Delivery service fees are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original condition; any damages will be charged.

Within 30 days if functional issues are not fixable, we will exchange for the same or similar model.

After 30 days, CPS warranty coverage will begin.

At time of claim, CPS will send a local authorized technician to complete repairs on your product. Each service request is subject to $99 deductible, all parts and labor are covered.

Do not remove barcode labels from the appliance, they are used to confirm warranty. If you need it relocated, let us know.
