I LOVE my new LG dishwasher from Appliances 4 Less! It is so much quieter than my last one and gets my dishes spotless! I drove all the way from Hickory after two of my friends recommended this place. Everyone at the store was super helpful and welcoming and clearly knowledgeable about their products. I was impressed with the selection they had and Necia patiently answered all my questions until I felt comfortable making a final purchase. She wasn't pushy or salesy at all! I left excited about my new dishwasher and relieved it didn't cost me a fortune. So glad I found this place! I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade my fridge. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I'm baffled by the 5 star reviews, but I'm here to hopefully save folks from believing the reviews! I chose here because of the reviews that claimed this store was different than the other scratch & dent stores.Everything started great. Owners were super nice. He was patient and helpful, took the time to listen to what I was looking for...we even talked about some recent difficult times my family had experienced. I spent 10 minutes showing him the intricacies of delivering to my home, where the driver has to go (different from GPS), the difficult access to my house, with assurances he'd go over the details with the driver. Also assured me that I would have no additional expenses, all needed parts were covered, etc.Driver calls. I explain the delivery situation. He said the owner didn't tell him any of this. He next asked if I knew I had to directly pay him an extra $45 for parts & labor. Thus commenced a pretty negative interaction, for which he eventually apologized. Then he saw the delivery access and was whining like a teenager. So bad, that his partner had to encourage him to just get moving and get it done.He was also so late (so many excuses) & throwing such fits, I told him to forget hooking up the water line and we would.He had bought the wrong part. So we had to buy it ourselves and do all the work.As the months rolled by I felt like the fridge wasn't working properly, but as I wasn't storing much more than things overnight, or sodas, nothing very perishable, I thought it was my imagination. The ice maker started melting and refreezing, thus jamming the cubes, and I started to have things spoil after 2 days. Still thought I'd bought bad meat or veggies, til finally I started a warranty claim in January, a few months later.I am not at one month into the claim, and it's not fixed. No one can find a part, and I've been informed that it's refurbished. I was under the understanding that it was only scratch/dent. The fact that it's refurbished is NOT clearly stated, or I never would have bought this thing. I have special health needs and can not store my food in my "brand new", slightly scratched refrigerator, and I'm getting assigned to multiple servicers for this horrible purchase with no resolution.STEER CLEAR. It's absolutely not worth few hundred $$ of savings!Reporting to BBB next

2 stars because it does seem like it has some good deals. That said, I was in this place 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged me that is until I spilled coffee onto a dryer and had to ask for paper towels to clean it. The employee went back to helping a customer at the counter and gave no idea how long it would be until he could get with me. While I was cleaning up my coffee a couple came in and anothe3r employee cam from the back of the store to help them, and again no acknowledgement I was even there. I cleaned my coffee and left. 2 stars because it does seem like it has some good deals

The whole process has been very pleasant. We came in to look at a fridge. Never felt pressure to buy anything. I honestly didn’t think we would be leaving with a purchase. But we liked what we saw and grabbed the fridge we liked. The two gentleman that delivered our fridge did an amazing job and arrived on time. They moved our old fridge that we wanted to keep into the garage for us and brought in our new fridge. They took care and caution and were very pleasant. Definitely will keep you in mind for my next appliance purchase

Great experience! The staff is very friendly and professional. My husband and I are relocating to the area and went to this store almost at closing time. The staff never rushed us nor did they make us feel like our timing was bad. We went only to buy a refrigerator and ended up buying that and washer/dryer set. You can’t beat the price! And their financing option is also great!! Highly recommend this store!

I recently purchased a GE dishwasher and a QC upright freezer from Appliances 4 Less in Concord. Necia (sp?) and Sam were fantastic. They're outgoing, friendly and professional. Installation was a breeze with Su Thai(sp?). He is knowledgeable and very personable. The appliances, delivery and installation costs were exceptionally reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything from them in the future. Thanks for a great experience!
